このホテルが好きでノボテルの時から利用していました。新しく変わり料金も高くなりましたがこの場所が大好きなので利用しています。今回エレベーターの中に閉じ込められるというアクシデントがありスタッフが助けにきて救出してくれました。朝だったので良かったら朝食をと言ってくれたが私は気分が優れず部屋にもどりました。その後一切私に連絡もありませんでした。その前日も部屋に置いてある雑誌を見るとボロボロに切り抜かれていて怖くなるほどでした。その雑誌はクリーニングスタッフに渡しましたが何の返事もないです。 5星のホテルなのにありえない状況です。本当はこんなクレーム言いたくはないけれど、さすがにエレベーターに閉じ込められたことは大変トラウマです。日本でも経験したことないです。毎年楽しみにマンリーを訪れていましたが来年はわかりません。 ノボテルの時の方がアメニティなども良かったです。今回とても残念な滞在になりました。

After checking in online we visiting the Property early to do a bag drop off I was advised to return at around 2pm for my room allocation. I waited in the reception area until after 3:15 to be allocated a room and during that time no one approached me or attempted to use the What’s Up app i was connected to to explain what was happening. I was sitting no more than 10 meters from reception. My prefect day of a long walk and swim was lost when this could have been simply avoided by letting me know there were delays in checking in.

Fantastic stay as usual.

Great stay as usual. Manly is always wonderful to visit as is this hotel. Have visited many times over many years and always have a great time.

Top notch hotel - needs more lifts and better parking.

The hotel itself, the restaurants, the pools, the rooms and the location are all top notch. What let it down is there are only 2 lifts - so you spend a huge amount of time waiting for lifts. There are stairs which you are encouraged to use - but when you walk up them - you find the exit door to the room floor is locked so you have to walk all the way back to reception again to get the lift. I mentioned this on several occasions but it was never resolved. The car parking is an absolute joke - there are only limited spaces, which should be allocated on a first come first served basis but the hotel basically overbooks which means that there are nearly double the number of cars in that should fit. This means if you need to exit early in the morning - it is a lottery if you can actually get your car out. I would suggest the hotel should partner with the local council to arrange more overflow arrangements.

Manly, 5 miles from Sydney and a thousand miles from care.

We dined at the Bistro, the service and food were both five star worthy, all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to meet all our needs. No-one could have been better than them. The food was top notch, the wine list, although small, was thorough, and wine knowledge of the staff were what I would have expected from a much more expensive hotel. We had coffee and dessert in the bar next door, and the bistro staff brought it over to us without fuss. This is our third visit in about 6 years, but it won't be our last. Love your work and food people and the view is about the best there is. Keep it up.
