I booked this hotel for an event at the Parc des Expos, and the location was perfect for that purpose. If it weren't for that point, I'd be completely disappointed with the stay. My room faced inwards so that it overlooked the reception area, and the curtains/window did not really keep out the light/noise through the night. The pillows were so airy and useless that I had to put folded towels under one to sleep comfortably. The main light in my room broke after one night; I mentioned this to the desk staff in the morning, and when I returned in the evening, it hadn't been fixed or even logged. To the credit of the evening staff, they did their best to fix it immediately, but they didn't have the right bulb and so it stayed broken for the rest of my stay. Apart from that, the room and bathroom were clean enough, the breakfast was ok, and dinner at the adjoining restaurant was ok. But I certainly would look for other alternatives in the area for next time.

The Hotel is very well situated for the exhibition area. The Food is not what I expect when I visit Paris. It is adequate but is the style that a chain organisation produces. The staff were polite. I will stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, checked in online, so no hustle at the reception (very friendly guy). Room was small, clean and quiet, bathroom was not that great, black hair everywhere (not ours) and a bit worn out. Bedding was nice, bed itself a bit too hard for me. Restaurant was a surprise, great burgers, generous portions and fantastic deserts! Breakfast in the morning was included and pretty good as well.

We had a nice stay at the hotel: 4 nights for three people (three rooms). Excellent breakfast, the hotel has just been renovated. Very helpful staff. A special thank to William who helped my father with a heating problem in his room. Everybody was very kind and helpful all the time. Very good food at the restaurant too. The price during exhibitions is definitely high, but reasonable compae to the neighbourhood. Indeed the closest to the exhibition grounds.

Very small room and not value for money, Noise of plumbing throughout the night causing lack of sleep. Water from the shower did not drain away and no amenties in the bathroom or in the room at all. No Tonic water at the bar. Breakfast was good. The bill for the evening meal was erroneous and we had to tell the waiters to change it , in the hotels favour.

very bad location and peoples. close to conference halls but at the end I don't sugget the ibys hotels...is like ikea style...many colors but very bad quality...cooling system didn't work and location is very noise

it's ok if you are staying only one night. the rooms are quite old and the TV signal did not work. Also quite noisy by the railway station just beside the hotel. The restaurant was very good and quality service.

Before going out on my first day, I requested at the front desk another towel because the room had only one and they told me someone will take it into my room. Once I arrived late, nobody was available at the front desk and after 10 minutes some one came and I requested my key room. After arriving into my room, I realized nobody brought me the towell for my friend, so I call the front desk and I was advised that they did not have anybody available to bring it into my room, so I have to go down in order to picked up the towel.
