Basic but clean. Room was good. Proximity to underground was excellent! Options of food from vending machine were fine. Free internet was undependable and terrible! Breakfast was too expensive for the variety offered. Only one elevator was working so we had to wait each time to go up or down.

Not too bad as cheap hotels go, but not as good as other Ibis I have stayed in, rooms were sparse, and shower was in bedroom, not bathroom which left privacy a bit of an issue, otherwise, clean tidy, but no restaurant was a problem, but this may have been temporary

Decent budget hotel with parking, within striking distance of the city centre

This is a good budget hotel choice if you want to be close to the centre of Stuttgart and within reaching distance of zoo, concert arenas etc. Normally I would book a higher class of hotel for a 2-night family stay but got caught out by limited availability in the area, and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Pros: - Not far from the city centre, around 10 mins direct on the underground train; there is a station literally right outside the door - Clean, well-lit underground parking directly underneath the hotel (entrance round the side), for a reasonable price (not pre-bookable, but we didn't have a problem getting a space). - Clean (if sparse) rooms with washbasin in room and an in-room shower cubicle and toilet - Friendly, helpful staff with efficient check-in/check-out - Surprisingly good breakfast with a good selection - Snacks (including microwaveable foods and a microwave available) available for sale in the foyer Neutral: - OK beds (the rooms we booked had a larger bed at the bottom, for 1-2 people with a smaller single bunk bed above) Cons: - Does not appear to have any family rooms - as a family of four, we had to book two separate rooms which took the price to the level of a better standard hotel. - Minimalist rooms with vinyl floors and plastic everywhere have the ambience of a hospital waiting room

We stayed st the hotel just for a night as a stop-over between freiburg to rothenburg. The hotel location is about 15 mins away from the city centre. Parking - basement onsite parking. Location - train station is 50 and 100 metres away from the hotel. This gives you full access to go to the City centre. Rooms - Spacious. AC was very good. Bathroom - clean and nice.

We found the best service for our trip: silent and clean room (a must after a tiresome road), reception open late in the night, very kind personnel and quick check-in, consistent breakfast. Cleanliness all over the hotel. Near the metro station.
