Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff, close to the train station, and a great overall experience. With all the amenities, this is a great value for our football weekend

Clean however needs repairs asap . Staff very nice professions and helpful . Excellent location

So …..: The room was ok and clean , however the spouts in the bath where the water comes out were broken and the shower house also broken . The sauna was mildly warm and the emergency button was hanging of and exposing rusty screws also broken Im the gym area lobby there was also a large leak from the ceiling , tiles had been removed and a large black dustbin catching water through out the duration of our two night stay There seemed to be masking tape holding the button panel steady in one of the lifts that seemed to have a mind of its own . The thermostat for the room also didn’t seem to work and the fan setting intermittent All this being said The staff were very nice and helpful ( very professional) Although there was plenty of repairs to be done the place was clean The location is fantastic We left our car in a near by car park( queens road) that was capped at 8 pound per day by the hotel I would have preferred to email this to the hotel , but no email seems to exist ?

Marissa (Receptionist) provided excellent service and was very informative and accommodating. She made our kids feel so welcome that my daughter couldn’t help but cry when it was time to leave the hotel—she wanted to stay for more days. That alone speaks volumes about the wonderful experience Marissa helped create. Truly outstanding service.

Great bar with fantastic cocktails made by Alexis (from Tenerife). Very good service indeed. We will be back when visiting our family again at Christmas.
