Nice hotel with lovely staff, reception team were amazing. Hotel itself is a great location short walk to the train station and in the centre of the town.

Arrived at midnight , due to emergencies at the airbnb. Room is very simple & basic. There isnt any a box of tissue available

Very bad experience at this Ibis in Reading. I am a VIP customer of the Ibis chain and, after staying more than three nights, I was treated in a disrespectful and misogynistic manner by a receptionist named Shibin. I was falsely accused of being drunk, despite having consumed no alcohol and simply trying to make a payment. The situation was so humiliating that my companion returned to the room crying and visibly distressed after the insults. It is disappointing that one employee can completely ruin an otherwise decent hotel. Unacceptable service. Be cautious when staying here.

I stayed for one night in this hotel. Location of the hotel is good, it's located in city centre nearby restaurants, take aways and super market. Staff was also kind and helpful. On negative is the tacky furniture, old decoration but the worst was the bathroom towel. My towel was not clean. This is not acceptable.
