Had a great stay at the Novotel Reading Centre, was well looked after by Alexandra and Marissa and had a great nights sleep! The room was lovely with a great view across Reading. Breakfast was good with the staff being attentive. Will stay here again if in the area

Marissa is so lovely! Already she has helped me twuce to get a quiwt room and to change rms when the keys didn't work. She's also helpful in giving good tips on parking in Reading. Lovelystaff through out. Nice to hv a fridge too and a big comfy ved

Hind and Marissa really helpful in the checking in the reception. We arrived before 15:00 and they allowed us to go to our rooms. In a situation when you come the first time to the city, all the help someone can provide is more than welcome. Thank you!

A lovely reception from Raquel, Marissa and Alexandra. The room was lovely and clean throughout. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room was a lovely space to relax and catch up on Sunday morning with my daughter. Close to the train station and Central Reading. I will look forward to a return visit.

Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again. Makissa and Raquel at the front desk deserve special mention, they resolved a tricky situation excellently. The location is perfect as it’s walking distance to the train station and town centre.
