Good hotel, clean rooms, secure garage with a lot of parking spaces. We had huge problems to reach it, because many streets leading to the hotel were closed. So, you must have some luck to reach it by car. Be careful, they charge tourist tax separately, so the final price is a bit higher than you might expect.

The Mercure Mannheim Rathaus is a bit dated but still OK and very practical / functional for a stay in Mannheim. Centrally located. Friendly staff. Clean. Access with public transit is a bit tricky, either a 25-minute walk from the main station or a combination of tram / walk. Arriving by car is much easier, they have a garage (do not know about the cost though). One nice things for a stay during the summer period: you can open the windows at the hotel for fresh air. Downside: there was no vault in the room.

A typical Mercure, although somewhat off the beaten track for the centre of Mannheim. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Comfortable and quiet room. Thoughtful special touches for being an elite member.

I spent the weekend from May 6 till 8 in this hotel. I based my choice on the reviews concerning the quality of the beds and the location in Mannheim. The hotel is not the newest but it's well maintained and the rooms are clean. Minus is that there is no vault nor a a fridge in the room. The garage is spacious.

we are visiting Mannheim severll times in the year for family reasons, aiiways stsying at this hotel , it is very goog located for tranpottation reasons and for shoping as well. the staff all overe the hotel loves and is willing to help with and need
