Since I was moving houses I had to stay at the Novotel for over two weeks. How do I even start? On the first day my friend and I ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream. The drinks arrived cold and with no added whipped cream . When we asked for some extra they said they would come bring it, however it never arrived and we had to go up to them and ask again since no none came for over 20 minutes. We were then told that they were out of stock. We said we did not want them anymore and were treated with disgust and annoyance. When sitting in the restaurant to study I was not asked for 3 hours if I wanted to drink something. When asking for scissors I was treated poorly and the girl at the reception just told me to ask someone else. When asking questions at the reception it was treated as a major inconvenience and was not helped. The cleaning of the room was poor, the staff came in multiple times without knocking which is unacceptable. The beds were not changed and i had to sleep in stains for over a week. The floor did not get vacuumed once. The dead mosquitoes i found on the window sill on day 1 was still there on the day of the checkout. When asking the staff for cleaning they just denied it and gave me sheets to do it myself. When I arrived the tv and mini fridge were broken and I had to ask 3 times for someone to come fix it. In conclusion, the stay was very disappointing and the staff inside of the hotel were everything but hospitable.

İnternetten otel rezervasyonu yaparken nakit ödeme yapılmayacağı uyarısı bulunmuyordu. Ailemle otele varınca sadece kartla ödeme yapılabilir dendi. Biz bu durum karşısında şok yaşadık. Türkiye kredi kartını da kullanınca kredi kartımızdan komisyon alındı bir daha ki konaklamamda otelinizde maalesef kalmam

My experience at the Novotel Den Haag World Forum during the All Systems Connect International Symposium was nothing short of excellent. The hotel maintained a pristine level of cleanliness throughout, ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for guests. The view from my room was simply breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama that added an extra dimension to my stay. The hotel's panoramic escalator was a standout feature. While the room size was not overly spacious, it was perfectly adequate for my needs. The bike rental service offered by the hotel was a convenient way to explore the city at my own pace. It enhanced my experience by allowing me to easily navigate Den Haag's streets and discover its charms. Overall, the hotel offers an unforgettable experience for travelers visiting Den Haag.

Perfect location for exploring Den Haag. Ouside the city center (20min walk), but right in the business district (lot of things to see). Clean, spacious rooms. Good breakfast with plenty of choice do get your day started. Parking garage next door. Very helpfull staff. It was my girlfriend's birthday and I asked if they could do something. And they decorated the room👌🏾👌🏾. Thank you!! I would defenitely recommend this hotel!!

Missing Package

My wife stayed at the hotel for a conference. A package was sent to her which arrived 3 days before she checked out. She was not notified of it’s arrival. They claim it is the guest responsibility to ask for packages. Now the Front office supervisor will not forward the package or acknowledge responsibility or supply the GM’s contact info for her to follow up with.
