Just what you need for a short stop over in Neu-Isenburg. Central and in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was nice and compact, nothing more nothing less. Shower had good power and hot water, room cleaned each day. A small gym area for a quick workout and continental breakfast each morning. Coffee could be better. Staff very pleasant on check-in and in the bar area. Will return while on business trips from Ireland 🇮🇪

Was staying here only for 1 night driving back from a meeting, and I was nicely surprised as I was staying in another Mercure few days before and didn't like that one. The decoration in this hotel is excellent! Friendly and helpful staff at the reception, good asian restaurant just next door - it is great that we could order there and the hotel staff brought our plates to the hotels restaurant. The room was clean. Breakfast was a tiny bit disappointing - I didn't like the eggs (too hard,dry), otherwise enough choices.

Stayed here for one night, hotel is clean, friendly staff and welcome. Very decent breakfast and parking is well organized too. Room was clean and good size, bathroom a little 70’s. Bar staff was friendly and a good choice of drinks at normal prices. Would stay again.

Great for a short stay. We came for the Coldplay concert and the Hotel was great for a short night. Bed was comfy, however we had a double room booked and only one towel, one pillow and one quilt. We told reception before leaving for the concert (16:00) but when we returned at 23:00 nothing had been brought to the room and there was only one person at reception arranging everythung so we had to wait almost an hour for the Pillow and blanket. When we returned at night someone had ripped a light of the wall and there was glass everyhwere, we tol the night concierge but it was all still there in the morning when we left at 10am. Breakfast was very hectic and not enough tables for all the guests, the two women did everything they could but couldnt get everything cleared and restocked in time. I think the Hotel is clearly understaffed. We used our points for the stay but in fairness, you can get better for the nightly price you pay here. The area isnt the greatest either

Nice hotel but a few strange things!

This hotel is very nice, staff were helpful and allowed us to sit outside eating takeaway while using the bar, room was perfectly clean and bed comfy and large. However very bizarrely our double room (with a large double bed and booked for two people) had only one towel and only a small single duvet that had been turned around to try and cover the whole bed (it didn't). The towel was not a disaster but it really wasn't possible to sleep two people under the single duvet. When I went to reception to ask about it, others were there with the same query. To the hotel's credit we were quickly provided with double duvets (and extra towels), but I do wonder what caused the issue in the first place. I think the staff who gave me an extra duvet explained it to someone else that was there but in German so I didn't catch it. Also sadly the window in our room didn't open and it was very hot so that was a shame, but the AC worked well on the plus side. Overall a nice stay and I would recommend as I imagine the strange towels/linen situation was a one off. Nice area as well and well-connected to a tram stop
