Rooms were tired and quite worn but did have a coffee machine. Very limited staff on duty. The desk clerk also served meals in the restaurant and worked behind the bar. Meals were not of a good quality. Buffet breakfast was ok though. The hotel feels out of the way but there is a train station about a 10 minute walk away. If you’re on a limited budget this hotel would suffice but I’d prefer to pay a bit more for something nicer.

This hotel is in a great location. Not far from the highway to Frankfurt and close to a business park with DM, Aldi, Lidl and other shops. You can go for jogging around the hotel or for a nice Thai dinner in a walking distance. The staff is nice and attentive in the hotel. The breakfast is okay but not too rich. The rooms are small but well equipped. The bathroom is nice as well. Free Wifi at a good speed is available and several programs on TV. The bar/restaurant looks also nice. The offer a wide range of dishes. It is not a 5 star hotel, but for this low price it is worth to stay here. What I missed was a fridge or minibar and a fitness room or swimming pool in the hotel. Parking spaces are available in a garage direkt next to the hotel and in front of the hotel.

“Basic” is the correct word to describe this hotel. Although the rooms are clean, as they should be, they should get an upgrade and be renovated, especially the bathroom which is small and outdated. Personnel was friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is overpriced and the waiting time is a bit too much.

Disappointing stay – the condition of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired

One positive aspect is the hotel's location and the comparatively affordable price for a stay, which is certainly a plus for Eschborn. Additionally, there are free parking spaces available over the weekend, which is convenient since the parking garage would otherwise cost a staggering 19 EUR per day. Another advantage is the good shopping options nearby, so you're not dependent on the hotel breakfast. Unfortunately, these positive aspects barely save the day. The rooms are in a deplorable condition—almost disgusting. It seems like they haven’t been renovated for over 10 years. Offering rooms in such a state to guests is simply unacceptable and a strong reason to avoid this hotel in the future. Sticky furniture surfaces, outdated and obsolete TV sets, chipped walls, damaged furniture, and a shower that desperately needs descaling—all of this makes you feel uncomfortable. It feels like the hotel has been abandoned, with the owners just trying to squeeze out the last bit of revenue. The air conditioning, which produced more noise than cooling, added to the negative experience. The only remedy was to open the windows, which wasn't ideal either. And this wasn't just a one-off issue: after rejecting the first room on the 3rd floor due to its condition, the replacement room on the 5th floor was no better. In the end, we left a day early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable.

Staff incredibly helpful during issues we experienced with air conditioning not working. Parking free. Petrol station and supermarkets on site. 10 minutes from Frankfurt airport if transiting. Room amenities good, would stay again if in the area.
