Below average. Rooms are old und need renewal. Toilet and shower not very well cleaned and the thermostat not working properly. Pizza from hotel restaurant was made from pre-frozen. Typical 2 star hotel, there are many better options in Erlangen

Even that we arrived late (after midnight) our reservation was still in the system. A very nice gentleman upon arrival help us with check-in and gave us a perfect check-in experience.

宿泊するための環境は整えられている。駅からは遠いが、近くにバス停やスーパーもあり立地については不便に感じない。海外出張のため変換アダプターやアメニティが充実しているとより良かった。

Great place to stay, but hospitality can be improved

On 17 july 2024! Me and my family stayed here for a stopover from our road trips. It's great place and best room they can offer , some area are bit outdated but still comfy to stay. Sadly we arrived bit later in the evening because of the traffic. Luckily a nice lady in the counter has seems everything ready and has forgot that I am a member she might forgot to give us the welcome drinks voucher. Which I didn't though about it, because coming from Czech Republic, it was all via smart phone. But all went well and we were tired so we head ahead and sleep. The next morning went all downside. Upon checkout which I want to use my welcome drinks, but apparently I need to have a voucher for all of us which we were 4 ppl. When I went to the bar and claims it. He was f** rude and says, do you have a welcome drink voucher? "No, then I cannot give to you"...but which I said I believe I have rights and can show him in my apps. But for someone reason he was not even listening, and just said "What do you want?!!" which I replied: "I just want to ask a coke cola" . Which he grabs the cola and saying: "Here you go! It's okay?! It's okay! " but I wanted to ask for my wife and 2 kids...sadly I didn't even bother...I was just shocked and just want to get out. Which sadly also I forgot my 2 little bags and only remember when I arrived to Novotel Frankfurt..Which I had 2 hours drive which 4 hours in total just because of him. I was tired from long driving and I did not expect this situation from this 4 stars hotel! I was just happy that I didn't stay long and also grateful that they still retrieved my bags and have a great manager to put it aside and able to explain her the situation. But that guy was on the bar was really rude. It was around 12 pm in the afternoon!

Average overall but good option when Nuremberg is full. 15 minute walk to the train station so easy to move around. Nice position close to the market and restaurants of Erlangen. The breakfast was average quality, rooms are clean but nothing very special.
