We’re delighted to hear that you’ve once again enjoyed your stay with us. It’s great to know that you appreciated our perfect central location, the friendly and helpful team, as well as the large and clean rooms and varied breakfast selection, which is designed to offer something for everyone, including guests staying several days. We’re also happy you enjoyed the pool and spa area, which is a favorite among many of our guests. You’re absolutely right: thanks to multiple layers of soundproofing, our rooms are quiet when the windows are closed. Of course, being in such a central location means there can be some city sounds if you choose to keep them open — but we’re glad it didn’t affect your enjoyment. Dear Victoria, Thank you very much for your detailed and positive feedback – we’re delighted to hear that you appreciated our clean rooms, the rich breakfast, and our unbeatable location near the Old Town. Also great to know that the underground parking was convenient for you! We’re sorry to hear, however, that our beds did not meet your personal preferences. Most of our guests actually praise our Novotel "Live’n’Dream" bedding concept, which is specially designed to offer both support and comfort. That said, we understand that sleeping preferences vary greatly, and we’re sorry that yours didn’t align with our standard during this stay. Dear Mr. P, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback – even if we see the situation quite differently. We would like to respond clearly, as your review will be publicly visible and we believe in transparency. First of all: our family-friendly policy is in no way misleading. Quite the contrary – children under 16 stay and have breakfast free of charge at Novotel, which is a very rare benefit. In most hotels, this incurs significant extra costs. Furthermore, the maximum occupancy of each room category is clearly visible on our website and all major booking platforms – even before you select a room or enter travel dates. When you try to book for five people, it is technically impossible to reserve only one room – the system automatically prevents this based on the occupancy rules. These limits are not set arbitrarily. They are based on fire safety regulations and are designed to protect our guests – we take this responsibility seriously. You made a conscious decision to book a non-refundable prepaid rate with a small discount, knowing that it cannot be changed or cancelled. This condition is also clearly displayed during the booking process. Despite this, and although we were nearly fully booked, our team offered you a second room at 50% off as a gesture of goodwill – even though this situation arose entirely due to your booking choice. You declined this offer. We’re sorry that you felt disappointed, but we strongly reject the accusation that our policies are misleading or that we did not try to help.
