The checkin experience was quick and positive. When entering the rooms we noticed the AC was not working in either of them. We left to tour the city and asked the reception to handle it. When we came back we found out it was fixed in one room only. We asked again to fix it, they asked one of the persons to take a look but he was clueless, 30 minutes later a technician arrived, but again just tapped the controller and said it will be fine soon and of course it wasn't. So no AC at summer. Otherwise the rooms are comfortable, well maintained and clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok. Good variety. Tables were cleaned quickly.

Booked an executive for family of 4, fully flex, paid upfront as a present for my guests. When asking to change it to 2 double rooms and pay the difference those really narrow minded receptionists with quite poor english and rude manners refused to do the change. They asked me to pay for an extra room instead. At least they could be kind. And when my guests checked in few hours later, the same personnel was very rude to them as well, with no reason whatsoever. Management should review the approach...and the choice of their personnel. Negative experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Novotel Nuernberg Centre Ville, which is an excellent choice for Nuremberg. The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the train station and also very close to the Old Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and immediately offered to send us complimentary capuccinos as the coffee machine in our room did not work. The room was spacious and the layout worked well. Everything was clean as one would expect. Although small, the swimming pool was also a pleasure. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and in Nuremberg.

I stayed here for business in late January. It's a very clean and well run hotel within walking distance to the rail station and to old town. Rooms are a decent size with bright modern design. The breakfast is very nice lots of great food items to choose from. The only thing I'd say about this hotel is that if you are a light sleeper don't get the rooms that face the train tracks because you will hear trains pretty much all night long - get the rooms that face the main street.

Great hotel experience - staff at front desk were efficient and friendly, room was spacious and well equipp3d and gym andnpool upstairs were great. Location was as good as it gets for nuremburg - would definitely stay again. Short walk of about 3 mins to station
