メンバーとして宿泊した際以前は、滞在1回につきドリンクバウチャーをいただけて、それを利用することが出来たが、すでに無くなったのか? 私の滞在ステイタスが下がっているから渡されないのか? 以前はメンバーになった段階で、宿泊日数が少なくてもバウチャーがあったのに無くなったのは残念。数あるホテルの中でACCORグループを選ぶ理由がかなり減った。 部屋はきれいで個人的には好きなホテルです。

Our experience at Novotel Nürnberg Centre Ville was profoundly disappointing, marked by unethical and fraudulent practices. The hotel knowingly misrepresents its services, particularly with long-standing, unresolved WiFi issues that have been repeatedly acknowledged by management since 2022. Despite promises to address these problems, including a public statement in October 2024, no meaningful action has been taken. Our stay in an executive room was marred by non-functional WiFi, forcing us to rely on costly Swiss phone data and endure multiple trips to reception. Staff appeared trained to feign ignorance, dismissing these recurring issues as isolated incidents—a deceitful tactic that adds insult to injury. This pattern of misrepresentation extends beyond the WiFi. Basic amenities, such as bedding comfort, fail to meet advertised standards, as reflected in numerous guest reviews. Guests should be aware: this property’s practices amount to deception. Accor must address these issues to uphold its reputation and ensure ethical standards at Novotel Nürnberg Centre Ville. Until then, we cannot recommend staying here.

Great Hotel Close to Christmas Markets and Train

Great hotel, clean and in an excellent location close to Christmas market. We stayed here for the Christmas market. We arrived late due to flight delays. Our room was ready. A spare bed was set up for our 10 year old son. Our room faced the rail tracks but there was no noticeable noise from the trains. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the food was excellent. The staff was friendly in the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel if you’re in Nuremberg for the Christmas market. It was a 15 minute walk straight to the market.

Our stay at Novotel Nurnberg was great! the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. we had a queen sized bed and a pull out queen sized bed for the kids. both were very comfortable although the pull out bed was a bid hard. The bathroom also was very nice with heated floors. The bathroom exhaust fan did not seem powerful enough though so it got a bit steamy after a shower. But overall a great hotel very close to the train station and the old city.

Excellent location. Wifi sucks though.

A 15 min walk to the Christmas market, with many restaurants, 2 grocery stores and a subway station nearby. There is a laundromat nearby. Our room was large and spacious. There is a hot water kettle, Nespresso and mini fridge. Beds are super comfortable. The black out blinds work fantastic. Free toiletries: bulk shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion from Rituals. It smells very nice. We faced the tram and was on the 3rd floor. One night we could hear loud music from whatever was located beneath us. You can hear faint traffic noise and the sounds of the tram running. The pool is nice, although not very well kept. There are used towels all over the place and the floor was kind of dirty with stuff from people's outdoor footwear on the pool deck. There was no signage for people to shower before entering the pool, so not everyone did, which is kind of gross. There is a small kiddie pool which is a lot warmer than the main pool, but it's very small and very busy when we arrived. The pool closes at 10pm. There are towels and separate locker rooms. There is also a sauna (I think a wet sauna, but I didn't go close enough to verify). I didn't use the gym, but I did stick my head in and it looks nice. The equipment appears well maintained. The gym closes at midnight. We left our room in the afternoon one day, and when housekeeping came around, they didn't really clean the room, they had just made the beds and emptied the garbage. Underground secure parking costs 22€/ night with in and out privileges. The wifi sucks. I was mainly using my cellphone data. The signal was very weak and kept dropping me. My husband had the same problem. Make sure you have data!
