As you may recall from your previous visit, one of our Superior Suites was formerly designated as a Presidential Suite and includes a jacuzzi. While it remains part of the Superior Suite category, this particular suite is not available for direct booking, nor is it advertised separately on our website. Room assignments within each category are based on availability at the time of arrival. Unfortunately, the former Presidential Suite was occupied during your stay, and we regret that we were unable to allocate it to you this time. Additionally, we sincerely apologize for the housekeeping and maintenance issues you encountered, including dust in the bathroom and the coffee machine not functioning properly. This falls short of the high standards we aim to maintain, and the matter has been addressed with our team to ensure it is promptly resolved.
