merhaba, işim gereği viyana ya çok sık seyahat ediyorum. öte yandan dünyanın neresinde olursa olsun, ilk tercihim accor oteller zincirinde konaklamak oluyor, bunu üyelik bilgilerimden de teyit edebilirsiniz. neredeyse her ay konaklamak için tercih ettiğim otelinizde son konaklamamdaki odadan memnun kalmadım. daha önce üyelik statüm gereği resepsiyon yetkillileri upgrade imkanı sağlarlardır, bu sefer maalesef o yakınlığı sağlamadılar.
