Dear Yasin B., Thank you for your visit. We are very sorry that we failed to meet your expectations. Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences caused. But we would like to inform you that you have booked a budget room. The low overnight rate is the star attraction of these rooms, which do not include the usual Mercure standard features such as a safe, minibar, kettle, or full air conditioning (only central air conditioning that cannot be regulated). We hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future, and your next visit will be more pleasant as the previous one.
