her sene en az 5-6 kere toplamda 10-15 gece konaklama yaptığım otelinizden bu gidişimde hiç memnun kalmadım. Odayı upgrade etmemeniz, odanın temizlik problemlerinin olması( odada yerde önceki konaklamadan kalan kadın küpeleri vardı) beni hayal kırıklığını uğrattı. yanısıra check out yapacağım günün sabah erken saatlerinde otopark ödemeniz var diye hatırlatma maili atılmasına da anlam veremedim. zaten check out işlemleri sırasında ödeme yapacaktım, reception müdürünün bu maili atmasına gerek yoktu, bir yere kaçtığım da yoktu. bir konuyu hatırlatmakta fayda görüyorum, ben accor hotel zincirini dünyanın her yerinde yılda 60-70 geceden fazla kullanıyorum. daha fazla misafirperverlik görmeyi umuyorum. ilgili oteli bir daha kullanmayı düşünmüyorum, kaldı ki aynı gün çıkış yapıp, Viyana da başka bir otele geçtim, profilimden görebilirsiniz. umarım bu konuyla ilgili düzeltici bir aksiyon alırsınız. saygılarımla,
