Konumu güzel, metroyla 4-5 dk yürüme mesafesinde, sessiz nazik bi yerde. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardım sever. Ortamı sempatik ve bu insanların yüzüne yansıyor :)

Oda gayet iyi. Havalandırma ışık duş vs çok iyi. Yoğun saatlerde (sabah) asansörler yetersiz kaldı.

Duşakabin kapısı zor kapanıyordu, hasar almış. Odada mini buzdolabı yoktu, içmeye su bile yoktu.

Please kindly contact the reception next time during your stay if you need cooling or drinking water — we will be happy to assist you immediately. İbis standartlarının biraz altında bir konaklama oldu . Öncelikle ilk gece kaldığımız oda hiç bir şekilde ısınmadı . Ertesi gün talebimizle odamız değişti , biraz daha ısınabildik . Otel oldukça eskimiş . Odada su ve terlik olmasını beklerdik . Terlik talebimizle resepsiyondan verildi . Anladığım kadarı ile ortak alanlarda yenilemeler başlamış ama hizmet verilmeye devam edildiği için konfor düzeyi düşmüş . Resepsiyon Personeli her zamanki gibi çok yardımcıydı . Giriş ikramları çok hoştu ama vermek istediğimiz ikram kuponlarını almayan servis personelinin , sonrasında oğlumuza neden bırakmadınız demesini kaba bulduk . Otelin konumundan ve toplu taşımaya yakınlığından memnun kaldık .
