Just what we needed, close to the station, great welcome from the whole team, quick service in the bar, room was great with a nice welcome touch. Highly recommended and will definitely be back again. The team at reception were just great and a huge shout out for them.

The hotel is really nice, close to the train/metro station. We stayed at this hotel several times. Nice rooms, the price is good. Breakfast is a nice buffet, a lot of choice. There is a really nice welcoming staff. Nevertheless we rate average because the waitress (Ralu) was rude to us, There was no need for that.

Fantastic stay! The breakfast was incredible and Raul was super nice with us! Super good professional . Our stay in the hotel was very comfortable, we travel with a baby and everything was super easy for us. They have available cots and baby chairs in the restaurant.

The room was not worth the price, needs renovation. Staff was not caring about guests at all. Loyalty program didn’t work, you can't count on any benefits. Generally I do not recommend especially for people who pay for it extra and expect a better standard.

We stayed 3 nights in this well located hotel. From the moment we checked in we were impressed with the information provided, local area tips and advice and as we were early access to the gym if we wanted to have a shower as our room was not available The hotel is contemporary and our room incredibly spacious with a large king size bed and plenty of space so you didn’t feel crammed in, like most other London hotels. On our return each afternoon to the hotel the doorman greeted us like we were long staying guests. Easy stroll to St Pancras Station
