Met a colleague in the busy foyer (nowhere to sit) so went through to the GA Restaurant/bar which is very pretty. At 11.30, they were not seating anyone as some hoovering/mopping was underway (seriously, in central London!?!) eventually seated, coffee ordered but NO FOOD until after midday as that’s when the kitchen opened despite them advertising ‘Brunch’ on their menu - all very confusing! Food oversalted & served with incorrect sides. Staff lovely but a very weird set up for a hotel that is by two main transport hubs. Missing a trick here?

The hotel exceeded expectations given the room price. The room was clean and fairly spacious with a very comfortable bed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was generally very nice. The downstairs area is a little noisy for a hotel in my opinion though as we were travelling and wanted to relax in the evening. Room rate is very good value.

We recently stayed 2 nights at the Pullman St Pancras and it didn't disappoint. The location was excellent for catching the Eurostar to Paris, and for walking around London including the Coal Drops Yard very cool area just behind. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing and the room had everything we needed including a king size bed. Would definitely stay here again.

A really lovely Italian women checked us in (early!) and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We requested quiet room - and it was definitely the quietest room we've ever stayed in in central London - had a great nights sleep! All. staff we encountered during our stay were friendly, and it was a great breakfast! This is going to be our go-to London hotel.
