I stayed at this hotel for three nights in December, 2025--it was a wonderful experience! The Nile-front promenade is beautiful and the only one in central Cairo. The location on Zamalek was ideal. I booked an executive club room with a beautiful balcony over the Nile, and took my breakfast each morning in the executive club dining room. The restaurants and bars were excellent, the public areas beautiful, and service first-rate. Much recommended!

It’s was amazing experience, specially in the club lounge. People were so friendly and kind, special thanks to Doua abd reda for their outstanding hospitality and service. I highly recommended to visit them and try there amazing experience.

A very pleasant experience on the 16th floor. I thank Doaa , Yasser and Reda for their excellent service. I highly recommend it; it's the best place in Cairo. The facilities and quality are very high.

Our stay at the Sofitel Cairo was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. We joined the Melisme Club as an upgrade, and it was truly worth it — the staff there are outstanding and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. It was a true five-star experience in every sense. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained. The restaurants are fantastic, and we especially loved Kebabgy — the food was delicious and memorable. The doormen deserve a special mention as well; they were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel is in a very convenient location with easy access, making it perfect for exploring Cairo. We couldn’t recommend Sofitel Cairo more and would absolutely stay here again.
