The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit, and I especially want to compliment Amr El Hashmy for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

Amazing hotel. Fast check-in and thank you so much to Amr El Hashmy for the great service at check in. Appreciate it and it makes a tiring trip feels so much better. Thank you once again. I highly recommend this hotel. It is near to Mall of Arabia, too.

Amr Hashimy is the best guy around who will help you with everything required during your stay. He ensured I have 7 good days in the awesome facility of Novotel . The spa and swimming pool are also something you must experience. The breakfast was awesome with a lot of variety . The dinner had everything for nonvegeterian to vegetarian

My first night was sleepless because the terrible noise coming from a wedding outside the hotel Reception staff not co-operative They refused to call taxi for me The phone in the room not working all the time the restaurant people book tables for who can bay more tips there is no rules governing the deals in the hotel sections the hotel site in an isolated area and you need to or car to go everywhere which are not available here
