Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your recent stay with us. We are pleased to read that you appreciated our location, the elegance of the lobby, the comfort and cleanliness of your room, and the quality of the breakfast and service provided by our team. Your positive remarks are sincerely appreciated. At the same time, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the lack of hot water in your room. We fully understand how frustrating and uncomfortable this must have been, especially given your schedule and the standards you rightfully expect from a five-star hotel. Dear Mr m.,  Warm greetings from Sofitel Brussels Europe.  Please accept our sincere apologies for the confusion during check-in and check-out, particularly regarding the billing and the suite upgrade. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with these inconsistencies after your departure.  We also regret the situation regarding the taxi service arranged by our concierge. Please note that this service is provided by an external company, and the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking are unfortunately not modifiable. Nonetheless, we fully understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Furthermore, we apologize for the lack of clarity, the shortcomings in service, and for missing important details such as the welcome drink. In fact, you should have received all the information concerning your voucher and how to use it from my team.  Finally, I would like to thank you for choosing our property for your recent stay in Brussels and for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
