Problemi con il ceckin e sul conto hanno rovinato il soggiorno . Nessuno è stato capace dal mio arrivo sino alla mia partenza di farmi pagare il dovuto contando le 2 notti di suite upgrade gratis . Alla fine al ceckout ignorando il tutto mi hanno addebitato il conto per poi chiedere il refund . Chiaramente sono disagi perché si ritorna e bisogna pensare a Bruxelles ed hai soldi che devono ridarti . Per non parlare del concierge mi prenota un servizio taxi per 6 ore con pago orario e nonostante abbia usufruito di sole 4 ore e trenta mi hanno addebitato 6 ore . Conclusione poca chiarezza nei costi e totale impreparazione ad accogliere un cliente all live limitless . Per ciliegina sulla torta nemmeno il welocome drink . Peggior esperienza accor degli ultimi 4 anni

This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with these inconsistencies after your departure.  We also regret the situation regarding the taxi service arranged by our concierge. Please note that this service is provided by an external company, and the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking are unfortunately not modifiable. Nonetheless, we fully understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Furthermore, we apologize for the lack of clarity, the shortcomings in service, and for missing important details such as the welcome drink. In fact, you should have received all the information concerning your voucher and how to use it from my team.  Finally, I would like to thank you for choosing our property for your recent stay in Brussels and for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
