Tariq provided excellent service during our visit to Novotel. He was professional, friendly, and very attentive to details. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and ensured everything was perfect throughout the experience. His positive attitude and efficiency truly enhanced our time at the restaurant. I had a great breakfast experience at Embers Restaurant in Novotel Hotel. The food was fresh, tasty, and well presented, with a very good variety. I would like to give a special thanks to Tarek for his kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude. He was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect, which really made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was excellent overall. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and high-quality breakfast.
