I visited Dubai for a business trip to the World Trade Center, and had an excellent stay at the hotel. The location is superb, and the accommodations are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Amal and Akshay, who helped me with some logistics with the trade show. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I would like to express my especial thanks to Mr Gamal in the reception for his good service I was staying in Ibis and I face many issues but Mr Gamal resolved all he changed my room and take care of me during the stay breakfast was very good and the location near the metro station next time I will stay in this hotel

Well nice location middle of center in Dubai easy to access supermarket taxi and metro highly recommended and affordable

One off the best hotel I have stayed very polite and respectful staff !wen you enter lobby you will find free drinks for room free coffe as well .nice view for Dubai museum and it’s walking distance metro access clean and comfort rooms free shuttle bus available to famous point in Dubai Asif is well professional and willing to help !!

Beautiful and Cosy hotel. The Director of rooms is very kind and soo helpful, a true hotelier at heart and an amazing host.l had an issue with my booking but she helped my friend and l in such a professional and kind way which we really appreciated.l always have an amazing stay at lbis.Amal too the duty manager is always so cheerful and helpful.
