It was very nice massage with good pressure . The room was slightly Cold but the therapist helped to make it warmer . The whole experience was calming and relaxing from start to finish . I would recommend to others to come to thr Spa in thr near future.

Never again! We’ve stayed at another hotel in this chain, but this is a maximum 3-star hotel, not 5. Worn-out, old, dark furniture, stained carpet, dirty bathroom, dark suite. We were very disappointed! The beautiful pool photos are only partially accurate; most are fountains or water decorations, NOT pools. The pool is shared by residents from 7 buildings along with hotel guests. Definitely not worth the price!

Great location from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa

I just spent 5 days at Swissotel Al Murooj Dubai for leasure. The hotel is perfectly located just 300 meters from Dubai Mall. Its a great hotel for leisure. I also enjoyed the pool. The service is very good. Bedroom need some update but it was comfortable.

Nice reception staff..Cleo is great n understands customers needs. Breakfast is good selection. However when something goes wrong..don't expect much help.or.sympathy. location is good to dubai mall..be careful about scamming from.taxi from mall . Use only yellow taxi. They say no smoking but our room n whole floor reeked of cigarette smell. Room.service was excellent on one day n below average the next day. The bathroom floor flooded daily as the water from.shower went all over each time n we had tonuse all the towels to.soak the water. Room.service staff good with fresh towels daily.

Chef Randheer is the best

Randheer the chef is the best, we came for breakfast. The food is really nice. I would like to come for another time! I would like to bring my friend to come join the breakfast. The ambiance and atmosphere is really amazing! The service is really wonderful.
