My stay here was wonderful and I very much enjoyed the staff and the hotel. Sarita Oka and under supervision Zeeshan abundant shiv and Anishah made my birthday very special with a beautiful arrangement in my room, a greeting card, special note and deseret. Also the room was beautiful with balcony a view of the Dubai Mall…the jacuzzi and the shower on the balcony was amazing. The buffet is highly suggested as well. House keeping was on time and the room was super clean and the overall room was superb. You will not be disappointed to stay here.

We were very well served by Zeba and Salma at the Loubge, on the 14th floor. The food and beverage was also very good. The atmosphere and the music were also extremely pleasant.
