Bed bugs. Beware.

Rooms were cosy and staff decent. However the overall experience was marred by being very badly bitten by bed bugs, which made my entire trip difficult and left lasting discomfort.

Regrettably this hotel is not up to the normal IBIS standards. The building needs certain aspects modernising. The rooms are acceptable not amazing, chips on the paintwork etc. The door locks are the old magnetic swipe type, and we had to make frequent trips to get the cards reprogrammed. Despite arriving at a reasonable time Breakfast was nearly gone. The service was unfriendly

Dear costumer, I am very sorry to read your comment when the hotel has just been completely refurbished, including the rooms and hallways; only the common areas are left to be renovated by the end of the year, and the hotel will be 100% renewed with a new ibis concept adapted to current times. We regret that it was not to your liking. Despite this, we hope you can give us a new opportunity in the future.

Unfortunately I have to report the disorganization of the restaurant and the lack of qualified staff, evidently due to the directives of the owner/manager who demands "multitasking" employees, chef de cuisine (arrogant and presumptuous) who serves at the tables, receptionist who takes the customers' orders, etc.etc., all this with a superficiality and incompetence of the first order. The service is totally poor, the prices, however, are those of a restaurant located in the city center. Personally I am tired of seeing this widespread superficiality and incompetence. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED!

Nice simple Hôtel ! Simone was Great! We arrived late and he welcomed us warmly and gave us so many restaurant recommendations! Which was wonderful for our trip! Thank again Simone ! Breakfast was simple and needs a bit more of care… wasn’t very good

Had an amazing stay staff all so friendly and food was lovely. Great chef great service even though hotel was busy with racing weekend. Just to make sure there is plenty of wine to last next year nothing was to much to ask fir of the staff
