Oda çok pis kokuyordu sigaradan muhtemelen. Çarşaf temizdi fakat içindeki yorgan pislikten sararmıştı

Dear Mr.I., Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the inconveniences you experienced during your stay, as this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. Regarding the reservation, we would like to kindly clarify that, according to our system, it was cancelled on January 9th by the client with the reason indicated as “I found a better price.” As we mentioned on the day of your arrival, no cancellation was made from our side. Nevertheless, we are glad that the rate difference for the new reservation was respected. We are very concerned to read about the situation with the room assignment. Providing you with a key to an already occupied room is a serious mistake, and we sincerely apologize for this incident. This does not reflect our usual standards, and we will address it internally to ensure it does not happen again. We also regret the condition of the room did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness and the smell. Your comments about the mirror, bed linen, and odor have been shared with our housekeeping team for immediate review and improvement, as this is far from the experience we want our guests to have. On a positive note, we are pleased that you appreciated the slippers provided, although we understand this does not make up for the other issues encountered. Thank you again for your comments, as they help us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide you with a much better experience. Arkadasimin rezervasyonu kendi kendine iptal oldu.nedeni sordugumuzda ,kendimizin iptal ettigi soylendi ama biz boyle yapmadik.Fakat yeni rezervasyondaki ufak fiyat farki alinmadi. Bana verilen oda karti ile odaya gittim.baskasinin odasiydi.neyseki odada kimse yoktu.ama cok buyuk bir hata Bina ve odalar eski.ayna temiz degildi.uzun suredir silinmedigi belliydi Nevresimde bir leke vardi.yeni bir leke.lekeyi yapan parca ordaydi Oda sigara icilmeyen oda olmasina ragmen,bariz bir ot kokusu vardi. 2 gun cami acik tutarak ancak kokuyu giderebildim.ayni durum arkadaslarimin odasi icinde gecerliydi Tek olumlu yani,terlik istedigimizde ,gercekten guzel bir terlik vermeleri
