Dear Alan, thank you for your feedback after your stay in our hotel. We are happy that you stayed with us. We hope to receive a renovation in the following two years. The aircondition is working either on heating or cooling. If the outside temperature is higher than 17°C the aircon is cooling, if lower it's heating. For security reason we had to block the window. It's only possible to tilt the window. We hope we can welcome you soon again. Best regards, David
