Not good experience. All other hotels in the world offer toilet amenities as Shaver, Comb, tissue paper, teeth brush and paste. Not even the room pajama was available. I had to cross the street to visit the Assai and shopping Mall to get those things.

First the room was listed as Delux. It was not deluxe at all. The bathroom looked like it was back to the 1950’s the shower was very small and old. The soap dish was broken. The hose to toilet was leaking. The safe did not work when we first arrived. Only one hand towel for two people. The price for room was not the value of the room.

Room in poor condition

My first room was very old and in poor condition and had a terrible smell in the bathroom. They changed me to another one, also very old, and the air conditioning had a loud noise and my request for it to be fixed was ignored. Other people in our group faced similar situations. Some could not sleep because the mattress had no cushion. These rooms are not up to a 4 star Hotel standard, more like 1 star.

I usually at stay here this time there were two observations A/C were leaking a lot of water and there were a noise coming from pipe (I guess) noisy water something like that.
