Stayed for one night. Pros -very handy and easy to access free airport shuttle -lovely reception staff -very clean rooms Cons -rooms are very small for moving about, especially past the bed. Would be tricky if you had a lot of big luggage -not sound proof-could hear people moving around upstairs and voices next door. Surprising for a new airport hotel.

We aim to provide functional and efficiently designed rooms to maximize the space available. Nonetheless, we regret to hear that the sound insulation did not fully meet your expectations. Our hotel's recent renovations included the installation of triple-glazed windows to minimize noise, and we offer earplugs for added comfort. Most horrible receptionist that created a huge ruckus for check in.

The receptionist staff, a guy I don't remember the name was very impolite and didn't check in us immediately. He left for his cigrette break and made us wait for 10mins. I would never go for such a hotel ever.

Passable for a Short Stay

The breakfast is quite modest, you get almost no warm food except for maybe some boiled eggs. The breakfast service also leaves a lot to be desired: tables aren't routinely cleaned, and you might have to wait until they throw in some more food or clean glasses. I know the rooms are small but it's the first hotel I've seen where there's no lock or toilet brush in the restroom (Accor, are you feeling alright?). The flush is so weak, chances are you'll run into problems one day. Soundproofing is bad. For the last 2-3 days no one bothered to clean up the trash cans in our room even though I did hang the "please come in" sign. When I raised the problem to the reception staff, the promised to look into it but no one ever came. I do agree it's a budget option but the hotel chain still needs to work on the standards here. Location is great: it's close to the airport and free shuttles run pretty much all day. Even if you don't fly from/to Schiphol, this might be a good value option since Schiphol is a good transportation hub in the city. There's a bus stop near the hotel but the center-bound bus was temporarily cancelled. Staff is nice. The interior is modest but pleasant. The Wi-Fi is good.
