離機場10分鐘車程,十分便利。鄰近大眾運輸系統,到市區也方便。 房間整體來說相當整潔,空間也足夠。 下次造訪仍然會考慮選擇的酒店。

联系客房服务关于房间电视频道无法转换,直接告诉我这不是他们的工作。联系前台说一会儿派人来,直到第二天离开酒店也没人来。

Novetel酒店住宿很乾淨舒適,靠近地鐵與火車站交通很方便,我認為可以改進的地方是,可以在酒店門口以外的地方設置吸煙區,避免住宿旅客一看到酒店的門面結果是一些人在酒店門口吸煙,空氣味道不太好。

設備都很新,但是浴室的淋浴水龍頭太緊了,又沒有做防滑處理,很難轉開。在洗澡的過程中,雙手都是沐浴乳,很難將水龍頭打開,必須在洗澡前事先打開,浪費用水。

因提前1个多月就在网上订好房间,价位比较中意。入住后感觉非常好,房间舒适,交通亦非常方便,就在火车站旁边。

酒店干净整洁,服务人员比较热情,尤其是地理位置好,交通特别方便,只是房间有点小,我定的三人间,其实和两人间是一样的。

離火車站不算近,尤其當你拖著大型行李箱;但位置尚算方便,除了火車也有metro! 附近近乎百無,沒有超市沒有餐廳,想要補給只能在酒店內買,可是選擇不多! 職員態度很好,很有禮貌也很幽默也常常笑臉迎人,這點很加分! 房間是我最失望的,我選擇了renovated room,比我想像中的小很多,然後我床頭的兩個usb充電位是壞的,完全充不了電! 浴室更是超小,馬桶的沖水按鈕設計更令我摸不著頭腦,是要人每按一次沖水鈕就要把廁所板放下一次嗎?我不能理解! 早餐基本上每天都一樣,款式也跟其他歐洲的飯店一樣,味道不過不失!

我的团队连续俩天入住此酒店,第一批客人入住时,前台工作人员说预定被取消,我连续拨打客服电话,没有一个明确的答复,最终我的客人自己再次付款才能入住。第二天经核实,预定没有被取消,我对前台的服务极其不满意。4月26日我的另外一组团队,在退房的时候前台在不经客人允许的情况下,扣了我客人1130欧错误费用,我对这个酒店的服务非常不满意。

不含停車費且比其他飯店停車費收費高(22歐元其他飯店18歐元),住coredon hotel後來還免費贈送讓我們停車。早知道就會在那兒住兩晚,都一樣要再坐捷運進市區。

隔音怎么能那么差,是因为房间里有一个门,我早上都能听到隔壁的闹钟声音。一点隐私都没,我被隔壁的的咳嗽声吓到了两次,一读以为人在我的房间里

酒店中规中矩,于商务而言,一分不多一分不少,这样就好。没有花哨的噱头,基本的服务设施便捷有效。之前记得冰箱里饮料都含在房费里 这次不知为何单独收费了。一个咖啡胶囊收了我10欧元,一瓶可乐8欧元,记得以前价格没有这么不合理,小小不满意。

16日晚入住阿姆斯特丹城市店,提前通过网站订了房并在该网站预付成功,到店CHECK-IN时被要求再付一次房费,前台说网站预付的是担保金,CHECK-OUT时前台另一客服又说抱歉确实是酒店同事搞错了重复扣了款,并会尽快退回。回国后通知订房网站去交涉,十天过去了,没有任何进展。 客服的态度,酒店的设施,早餐质量等等还是不错的,房间也干净。
