Please be assured that we take matters of security very seriously, and while we do have CCTV surveillance in common areas, we regret to hear about your experience with theft and understand how distressing this must have been. The absence of in-room safes is a design decision in keeping with our streamlined room amenities, and we encourage guests to make use of the private lockers in the lobby area for the safekeeping of valuables.
