We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your visit, particularly with the room cleaning and breakfast service. We understand how disappointing it must have been not to have your room cleaned regularly and to face limited breakfast options. Unfortunately, we faced some unexpected logistical challenges with our suppliers during your stay, which affected our ability to provide the full breakfast service.
