2nd Novotel on recent visit and 2nd poor experience. Worst aspect was breakfast. Overcrowded due to limited time slot, stuffy room and no COVID measures being taken at all. Hot food was either burnt or uncooked. If was going to get ill on trip, it would be here. Rude male staff member on arrival seeming to object to our arrival time (2nd female staff member was lovely though). 2 towels for family of 4. Tired room. Comfy bed and great location were redeeming features.

The COVID measures (that have been respected since the last 2 years) are now more flexible in France. Therefore, we are respecting the law by removing these previous restrictions. We asked separate beds for 2 nights the beds were made like it was a double bed, unacceptable. The 2nd time we had to ask for the correct sheets (Monday night) and as the reception stated no service was available we had to change and make up the beds ourselves. Also we left some papers related to our voyage on a table which were thrown away. Also own shower cap + handtowel were removed from the room. The shower door is not fully extended leaving an opening resulting in very wet bathroom floor we had to continuously clean. Also toilet paper lacking last day..

The only issue we had was finding the reception area. Looked more like going into a cafe when we entered and reception could be on another floor. It was on the ground floor but behind us as we entered. Other than that, the stay was good.
Excellent hotel for business, families and friends.

It is my second stay in this hotel. It has been upgraded, is in very good shape and very well located. Unbeatable quality - price and service. Just one thing that could improve, I booked an executive room, which included minibar and nespresso, where there was literally one bottle of water, one cola and one orange juice for the whole stay, so not even a chance of choosing two people the same drink, and same think for the nespresso capsules. I guess it makes sense from a waste point of view, it is a courtesy, not a drink buffet, but I found it quite short. Staff were friendly and helpful all through the stay, very efficient with check in and check out. Will certainly repeat when in Paris.

Well located close to the train station of Montparnasse and to the metro stations. This hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great. The staff is friendly. For Paris the price is acceptable
