Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Los recepcionistas han sido de 10, además de su amabilidad, me recomendaron lugares para visitar la ciudad, lo que fue de gran ayuda. La habitación daba al aparcamiento exterior, donde no había ningún ruido, por lo que he podido descansar muy bien. También quiero destacar al personal de pisos. Como preferí no solicitar el servicio de limpieza, me cambiaban las toallas a diario, estuvieron muy atentos a mis necesidades y siempre me atendieron con una sonrisa. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo! Como aspecto a mejorar, diría el desayuno. En mi opinión, es un poco básico y podría ofrecer una mayor variedad de productos.

Sin duda un 10. Relación calidad precio insuperable. Muy cerca de todos los lugares principales que visitar y super bien ubicado para coger transporte público a otras zonas de Berlín e incluso pueblos de alrededor. En recepción nos atendió un chico que hablaba español que fue encantador. La habitación pequeña pero cómoda y limpia. Más que suficiente. El desayuno completo y muy bueno.

Hotel sencillo pero con las comodidades necesarias para un turista que sale temprano a conocer la ciudad y llega tarde a descansar. Tiene una buena ubicación, lo que te permite llegar caminando a muchos puntos turísticos, como por ejemplo: Puerta de Brandeburgo, Reichstag, mercados navideños (si vas en noviembre - diciembre), también el área es tranquila y segura, siempre llegamos cercano a media noche sin problema. Recomiendo tomar el desayuno del hotel ya que es abundante, variado y buena calidad precio si comparas lo que aquí puedes comer contra desayunar en la calle. El servicio del personal es bueno, muy amables y serviciales en recepción. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero espaciosas y agradables. Como punto de mejora cambiar las almohadas porque ya están algo viejas, y de ser posible los colchones.
