Buena experiencia, qunque no tenían la habitación preaparada, pero el personal fue muy amable...Quizá ese día el check aout de esas habitaciones fue más tarde de lo normal...fue el día despues de la maratón de Berlin.

Hemos estado 5 días alojados en el hotel y ha sido una experiencia muy agradable. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la zona es preciosa y muy tranquila. Para nosotros los puntos fuertes del hotel son: la amplitud de la habitación, la cocina y el desayuno, que es magnífico. Mención a parte merece el personal de recepción y del comedor, siempre agradables y dispuestos a ayudar. Se agradece mucho que hablen español.

Buena ubicación con un sitio para desayunar un café y un bollo al otro lado de la calle pues no queríamos un buffet de desayuno. Personal de recepción muy agradable.Recomendable 100%

El hotel está bien ubicado, tiene parking en las instalaciones. Personal amable. Necesita una renovación, desde nuestra llegada al piso 6 se sentía olor a viejo. Mi habitación era espaciosa pero incomoda, la cama estaba en una punta y el wc en la otra, con un living/sala de estar en el medio. Además el aire acondicionado (con días de 35 grados en Berlín) casi no funcionaba, además de que despedía un olor bastante feo.
