Estuve 4 noches esta semana. Los días 30 y 31 no renovaron las botellas de agua. Y el día 31 no limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron toallas, a pesar q lo dejé colgado en la puerta de la habitación.

Desafortunadamente el frontal desk fue terrible cuando llegamos a realizar el check in no fue nada bueno no fueron amables deberían hacer feed back a la gente de recepción después de un viaje largo lo que espera como cliente de allcord es que sean amables y l3expliquen MÍNIMOS SERVICIOS DEL HOTEL. Debería existir un supervisor o alguien de soporte cuando llegue de noche la el frontal desk debe ser la cara amable y NO el disgusto del personal para atenderlo. La primera experiencia fue mala en recepción NO quieren ayudar al cliente.
