Easily the worst hotel I have every stayed at........ by a long way

The air conditioning totally broken - sounded like starting a diesel generator if you turned it on and didn't work anyway. When we spoke to the staff about it they didn't seem to care and said there was nothing they could do so suggested just not to use it. We told them we didn't use it on the first night because no way anyone could sleep with the noise and it didn't work anyway (like we had said originally), so none of us slept because of the heat and they ended up lending us a desk fan. The shower was completely broken, and they didn't have any solutions for that either, or even try to help. The staff were not very helpful with anything. The car park didn't seem very safe. There were no facilities in the room. We walked back from the train station - I would not suggest walking around at night in this area, it was scary, didn't feel safe at all. The hotel was dirty and seemed run down. We were only on the first floor so just used the stairs as the lift felt like it could break down. Noisy building works going on that we were not told about prior. A really really really horrible hotel.

We booked this hotel after 3 long days in Disney. We thought we'd get a long sleep in the morning but thanks to building works, which they had not told us about, we had drilling and banging at 9am!!!! Utterly ridiculous. The Reception guy pointed to some sign but there is no point in showing me way after I booked this and when I had no option to change hotels! My advice would be if you're planning on staying in the next few months don't bother!!!

Price/quality well worth it. Stayed here for one night after a day in Disney. Quiet/clean rooms that are more than spacious. Breakfast was not included but we payed at front desk. 7,50 per person and had a variety of options for a tasty continental breakfast. Will visit again one day.

After my boyfriend fell asleep, I saw a ghost in the toilet. I sat there scared, it looked at me and sometimes ran from the toilet to the room. I will do like my boyfriend Max . And I won't come here again.

A ghost stared at me and my boyfriend while we slept. Very scary dark grey and dirty lady she stared at me while I slept and my boyfriend saw. But hotel was very nice 👍. Not recommend looking away fro the scary ghost lady she runs really fast
