Not the best but not the worst

We used this hotel as a stop over for Disney. Good location for the train station and driving to Disney, however we didn’t feel safe walking through the area in daylight so definitely wouldn’t advise at night. Get an uber! On arrived our room wasn’t made up. Given a key to a slept in room that was still dirty.. reception sorted this straight away so not an issue. The new room was clean but dated. Beds for us personally weren’t comfortable. Very hard and worn. Curtains didn’t closed properly and were again old and shabby. The shower worked and was fine. Overall not the best but not the worst

the lady at the reception needs a customer care training for her to do better in her job.....anyway it's was very late so i guess she was tired. after doing all the procedures and payment she gave us the key so that we can finally get some rest after a long tiring day. we went to room and of course we said we need to check the bed and yes of course we took few photos of the bedbugs and we went back to the reception with all our things, we showed her the photos after some arguments she said she will change our room for the one next door which we refused we ask for a refund and she said she can't do it. what a shame!!

Room was very dirty and small with only access to 1 electrical outlet. There were stains on the curtains and carpet. The pool is in the neighbouring hotel and they charge you to use it, but no one will tell you that until you go over to try to use it. Overall VERY misleading and not at all as advertised.

The staff at Ibis Noisy-le-Grand were spectacular. My daughter stayed at the hotel during her EF Tour and left behind her beloved stuffed animal. The staff, especially the manager Issa, went above and beyond to track down the toy and help get it shipped back to the United States. Unbelievably kind, resourceful and patient - so impressed!

Disgusting. Checked in and found bugs crawling all over beds. Black mould in bathroom. Needless to say didn't stay. Asked for refund and showed videos of bugs, was refused and told to contact had office via email. That email is being ignored so having to do charge back on card. AVOID.
