The most basic hotel ever

We picked this based on the cheapness and all I can say is you get what you pay for. We had a double room with an en-suite. The shower was FREEZING and there was no toilet seat on the toilet. Towels aren’t provided but are sold in a vending machine in the hotel entrance. The bed was comfortable enough but the room was TINY to the point where there wasn’t really enough floor space to get dressed. We booked this also because of the distance to Disney. We got Uber’s to and from the parks and was about €27 each way. Lovely restaurant across the road that does lovely Italian food! Overall, cheap but not so cheerful. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The gentleman who runs this hotel is lovely himself and his wife, making us feel very welcome and looked after. Nothing was to much trouble. Very clean and basic. Breakfast was available. Highly recommend

The hotel was exactly as expected- a basic stop over for a couple of nights whilst visiting Paris and Disneyland. You get what you pay for- it’s a very basic hotel with few facilities, but our room was clean, bed comfortable and bathroom tiny but usable (not all rooms have bathrooms- read the small print!). Would consider staying here again but would always check what else was available in the area in case there’s a hotel with more to offer at reasonable price.

I left the place 5 minutes after arriving. I refuse calling it a hotel. I made a reservation thru Booking after an exhaustive car trip and long journey. Well, no place to park inside the complex, nobody to take care of the facilities, the place has a machine to check you in after a certain hour (21h00 if I remember well), and it charges you for the "room" in advance, with no chance for a complaint if something is wrong. So when we got in the room, we saw a myriad of bugs around. On the bed. On the floor. On the ceiling, on the wall, inside the bathroom... I killed two cockroaches, one escaped. It was only the time of throwing the dead insects in the toilet and flushing before getting our bags and leaving the place. No phone was available for us to call and complain. Booking is offering a refund of 15 euros as if this was close to what we had to spend later on, since the other hotels were by that time fully booked. And I ended up losing the 50 euros I gave to HotelF1. The hotel is awful. Shouldn’t be on any site. Don't book it.

wish id looked at the fine print, didn't have and toilet in room or bathroom, no tea making facilites, smart tv's wernt smart so ender up watching utube on phone, beds were horribly hard for me personally and all my kids but if u like a hard bed it would have 5 stars. will make me more aware when booking again to find all this out 1st. matress's were only about 10cm thick, we booked 2 nights and only stayed one. staff very friendly and helpful, if the review was based on them it would be 5 star- budget hotel , so I guess I got what I payed for, next time will pay extra £30 to get aircon and proper tv/kettle and a decent nights sleep, sorry f1 but never again
