Worst treatment Novotel 17 paris

worst ever treatment in the world they humilaite thier guests and shout at them im staying at room 416 ive ordered mcdonalds for the kids when it arrived i iasked the reception if the kids can eat at the lobby tables she said yes when i kept the food and called the kids a waitress started shouting at me and raising her voice saying its not allowed i told her the reception told me its ok she shouted again with her eyes wide open she said im telling you its not allowed you should leave shouting at me infront of other guests ... is this a way to treat hotel guests ? atleast talk in a polite way .. this is the first and last time that i will ever come to this Novotel 17 very rude treatment and this has never ever happned during my travelling anywhere in the world

Excellent family stay, we booked via a Jet2 City Break. The good; - While on the outskirts, it was a straight forward transfer from airport, and cost less than 30 euros by Uber. - Room was modern, comfortable, noise proof, air con worked, room cleaned well every day. - The breakfast was decent, I enjoyed the scramble eggs and bacon, and pastries. We mainly had our breakfast early before the late morning rush, it did get busy one time we left it late and a few issues (ie drinks machine queues). - Water machines next to lifts, cold refills came in handy. - Location was fine, never too far from decent spots to eat and drink. We enjoyed FanFan in particular. - Service was overall excellent. - All things considered, well worth it! Merci!

We had a family stay at Novotel Paris 17, amazing hotel with excellent staff. We enjoyed breakfast and would like to say "thank you" to all the F^B team and the kitchen. The dinner was delicious and would like to mention Elisabeth for being amazing. Also would mention the reception team and Dustin, who was very helpful. Thanks a lot for everything, and hope to see you all soon.

Hotel from hell!!!! Be aware of this 1*/2* hotel. Human faeces on the toilet walls, stained carpet, mould in the bathroom, dust everywhere. I was lucky....that I stayed there for one night only. I have stayed in room 901..(for some reason i couldnt add any pictures to proved the condition of the hotel)
