I went a few days a go we were three persons what I saw was a boat room. The third bed was in an uncomfortable place and not even had sheets they expected us to do their job .The bathroom was smelling like a public toilet and the room was so cold more cold than outside.About the cleaning terrible job! We were ordering some nights and they did us throw the garbages they left them there suck*ng and dropping on the floor also a lot of broken windows we coudnt get fresh air. For me it’s a no!!!

There are plenty of people who will scoff at a basic no-frills offering of the kind Ibis Budget provides. But the La Villete location is absolutely fine. Its rooms are compact but clean. The hotel is near bus and metro routes and cheap places to eat, at least by Paris standards. Honestly, don’t be put off this hotel for a short stay.

It was an ok hotel, there was no issues an the location was ok, also the breakfast was free and good, I totally recommend the hotel. I hope to go again with a room more on the last floor to see the amazing view of paris, but it was ok, no issues at all.

Downside was the shower is right next to the bed. The toilet has a thin wooden door that cannot be locked. The biggest issue was no A/C. Ordinarily fine but it was 35c outside, it is 39c in a few days. Sleeping in the evening was a real challenge. Having the window open then introduced the “lively” areas sounds throughout the evening. Would recommend the hotel in all months but June July and August. The hotel was nice enough, in a reasonable area and the staff were very helpful. It is close to a few metro stations. The room was clean enough with a third bed that went over the top of our double bed which was quirky.

Communication with your staff proved to be challenging, even though one member of our group is fluent in French. Responses from your team—whether in French or English—were consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and lacking in empathy. The level of service provided was not in line with the rates being charged and there is a clear disconnect between the cost charged and the overall value received even for a budget hotel. All members of the group expressed dissatisfaction with several aspects of the stay. Most concerning were the poor room conditions and the unacceptable state of the bathrooms. It is evident that there is a drainage issue which requires urgent attention. Furthermore, the quality and presentation of the breakfast were well below the standard expected even of a 3-star hotel. I expect more from an Ibis Hotel.
