No french hospitality! Only french arrogance.

Horrible staff, no welcome spirit, arogant attitude toward clients, no friendly attitude. No Accor spirit welcome, no positive attitude and to find solution to clients complaint. Just arogant answer and with NO! Small room, small bathroom, shower gel dispenser put on the floor inside shower, no hanger for it.

Great hotel for the price!

Our stay in Paris went wonderful with this hotel and their staff, we stayed on one of their double beds bedrooms and for the price this was a great deal, it is located on a area sort of far from central Paris but using the metro is pretty easy and near by the place, la villete area is very live even after midnight so we didn’t feel unsafe to comeback later from spending the day out. The only downside would be the shower being small for plus size people but everything else was great and we are looking forward to stay again when we go back to Paris!

We made our student group stay at this hotel. The staff is totally non cooperative, they don't care about anything that guests have to say. The lady on the counter was very rude and chose to ignore all requests. One of the boys from our group found his bag open when he returned to the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is located a bit far from the center, about 50 minutes by public transport. I chose the hotel based on reviews and photos on booking. I was expecting a beautiful view from the window, but what I got was this. I attached a photo from the site and mine. I was very disappointed.

With the line 7 of the subway, it will last 20 minutes to go to Chatelet, the City Center. You have to reserve a specific room if you want the view of the Canal de l'Ourcq. Your sincerely. Nice stay in the 19e arrondissement

Very nice Ibis hotel close to the Saint-Martin canal, around 8-minute walking distance to the Corentin Cariou metro station. Neighborhood is nice and not touristy at all. Room was very clean with a television, little desk and bathroom. Decent size and cleaned up every day Breakfast was really nice with breads, cold cuts, cheese, lots of jams, fruits, yogurt, cereals, eggs, bacon, pastries, coffee, tea and juice. Can be crowded depending on the time you show up. You do get to hear neighbors in other rooms but I hear no bothering noise at night and slept well. I would stay there again for sure.
