Worst hotel to stay in! Rooms was dirty, elevator not working, no aircondition, staff in the bar was drinking alcohol, things missing from our room after cleaning. We have a dialogue direkt with the Accor Group + the police. None of the staff here is serviceminded and they think that we should search the cleaning staffs personal belongings! Heard that things were missing in other rooms too.

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance from major places of tourist interest.. Checkpoint charlie, topographies of terror, Reichstag and Mall of Berlin, all within 2.5 km. The staff could do with a little more care and attention to guest needs. The rooms were warm and during our 3 days no attention was paid to that despite a specific request. House keeping did an inconsistent job of cleaning, Day 1 done, Day 2 none..

Отличное месторасположение, рядом магазины, метро, ресторанчики. Чисто, персонал очень дружелюбный. Единственное дороговат завтрак для взрослых.

Correct but actally not a suite with kitchenette

Room quiet and confortable, but we booked a “suite with kitchenette”. Actually it is a tiny space with a small kettle, a fridge, a sink and a microwave microscopics. No cutlery, no utensils, no coffee machine. This is called false advertising for this expensive experience

Good location and close to train station . However, our room is at ground floor that the window is facing the main street it’s very noisy if we open the window we hardy can sleep because of the noise feel like sleeping in the street . Plus we cannot open the window certain because there will be no privacy everyone can see inside the room from outside . At last even we have Accor plus membership we don’t free welcome . Nevertheless the room is comfortable.
