I was compelled to write to warn people about this place. I am a regular customer of this hotel chain, so I was quite shocked by this location. The hotel is in a very unsafe area, with women parked just out front offering services and the parking lot itself is unsecured due to a broken gate. Anyone can then access the parking lot (which they did) There were constant comings and goings throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Plus, with no air conditioning, the room was stifling. There really isn't anything that the hotel or the staff can do as they are just unfortunate to be in such a bad area. This Ibis is just not up to the usual standard, and I definitely won’t be returning.

Perfect for a few days stay.

Good location, easy access to the metro. Friendly staff, cleanliness, keyless, code-locked rooms, free private parking. Air conditioning was missing and more storage space would have been nice. Breakfast was available, but we did not take advantage of it.

In the streets surrounding the hotel white vans with working women, addicts that walked up to us. Not something you want your children exposed to. We always use ibis hotels for travelling in france and this was not up to regular standard. The room was overall filthy, there was blood on the wall next to the bed, toilet and shower not clean. We left immediately as it didn’t feel safe at all.

Cheap should not also mean nasty

We use Ibis Budget a lot but this one is not up to standard. Make your own top bunk. Yes, we know the shower door is broken just get used to it. We have four floors but only one spare pillow. We are full however the car park is almost empty. Hmmm, someone here doesn’t really care. I think you need a staff meeting to do scissors ways of improving your customer service.

Really don't know what to say, there was no air conditioning it was boiling breakfast was basic but the worse part was we got lost walking back from the old town and ended up in the red light district which was a row of white vans with pros hanging round the outside waiting for business only to find the hotel at the bottom of that road shocked is an understatement and something I really didn't want to see, if you having children please do not book her dreadful.
