We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel when visiting Vienna for a week. The rooms were spacious and very clean and loved the water tap in the room with the tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful when we had a couple of issues (of our own making!). The only thing I would say that I didnt enjoy so much was the level of heating in the hotel, it was very, very warm throughout even when it wasn't so cold outside. However that is a trivial point and wouldnt prevent us staying here again if we were visit Vienna. Thanks!

Lovely stay, amazing staff, smiling faces, big spacious room, and a generous breakfast spread. All in all it was a very good experience. Metro station and even the tram station is just 100 mtrs walk from the hotel. There is a spar right opposite the hotel. We had a great stay there ..

We stayed here June 28-July 9th/25. Very pleased. Very quiet location with a Billa grocery store across the street (best place to get your lattes,pastries & delish wraps) at a fraction of the cost It's about 30 mins to walk to Stephensplatz, however the AMAZING staff instructed us on using the metro - station/stop located just steps down the street. The central area was only 2 metro stops away (about 5 min ride) Shout out to the wonderful staff members Karina and Leondro who helped us with directions and much more. Hotel located in the Prater district. Nespresso machines in the room was a plus. Would definately recommend

Comfortable rooms but overpriced brekfast

The location is good because line 1 metro is opposite. Rooms are big , comfortable and clean . Brekfast is overpriced because they where not able to provide any fresh juice but the worst was that the boiled eggs were overbooked , black inside and when I asked for soft boiled eggs the answer was that they have not time to provide this service . Wrong answer for a brekfast that cost 25 €. The fridge in room never works and one morning the elevators didn’t works too !

This was our first time staying at this Novotel during a three-day visit to Vienna, and it was a great choice. Well located and within walking distance to a subway station, the hotel offers easy access to several public transport options. Traveling with family and teenagers, we were immediately impressed by the generous room sizes, larger than the typical European standards, comfortable, and well distributed. Check-in and check-out were seamless and efficient, and the charming front desk staff provided helpful recommendations for exploring Vienna. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing stay!
