Hotel di fascia media un po' datato che richiede senz'altro un restyling e ammodernamento. Soprattutto l'entrata e la zona reception sono un po' anguste e tristi. Non molto adatto a persone con disabilità. La possibilità di poter accedere ad alcune bevande e snack in sala ristorante durante la giornata, non era segnalata ne alla reception ne in camera. La piccola porta della sala ristoro era tra l"altro sempre chiusa, anche la mattina quando si scendeva per la colazione. Noi infatti, ci siamo resi conto che era possibile usufruire di questo servizio solo la sera prima della partenza. 🙄🤷‍♀️ Comunque la colazione, non era particolarmente varia e di qualità sebbene accettabile. Come spesso accade, chi prima arrivava, meglio mangiava...almeno a livello di scelta e quantita'. Purtroppo anche a mezz'ora dalla chiusura non venivano effettuati i rifornimenti delle pietanze. La camera era piuttosto spaziosa e silenziosa. Il bagno però era datato con poco spazio e con doccia piccola. La porta dello stesso, quando aperta, quasi sbatteva sul lavandino ed era molto scomoda poiché ti limitava molto nei movimenti. Difficile appoggiare oggetti sopra o accanto al lavabo. Asciugamani da doccia troppo piccoli, pulizia nella norma ma si può migliorare. Alcune volte non ci hanno rifornito di capsule del caffè e del tappetino per la doccia. Il frigo bar invece era dotato di acqua e bibite gratuite molto gradite. Personale cortese, riservato, essenziale, non particolarmente espansivo. Posizione ideale per visitare il centro città a piedi.

Tutto andato come previsto, unica pecca stanza al piano terra che ci ha costretto a tenere sempre tende chiuse e anche spesso serrande abbassate

Posizione centralissima a due passi da Marienplatz, camere pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario, minibar e servizio caffè sempre disponibile e gratuito. Colazione abbondante e varia, personale cortese. Una menzione particolare per Angelica, che con la sua accoglienza calorosa, il suo sorriso e l'attenzione per i nostri bambini ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Ottima accoglienza con camera subito disponibile, molto comodo il parcheggio convenzionato ( due minuti a piedi ). Colazione varia e di qualità. Sono stato molte volte in questa struttura e sicuramente tornando a Monaco sarà sempre il mio indirizzo di riferimento.
