Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso al Novotel durante il periodo pasquale, viaggiando con la nostra famiglia per il torneo di calcio di nostro figlio. L'hotel si è rivelato una base perfetta per il nostro viaggio. La posizione è eccellente: a pochi passi dal centro città, il che rende facilissimo esplorare Monaco senza dover dipendere troppo dai mezzi pubblici. Il parcheggio è estremamente comodo, con accesso diretto sotto l'hotel, il che rende tutto ancora più agevole, soprattutto quando si viaggia con la famiglia. Un ringraziamento speciale va al team della reception, sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi richiesta. In particolare, vorrei ringraziare Paolo per la sua gentilezza, positività e sincera disponibilità ad assisterci: ha davvero fatto la differenza durante il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il ristorante interno, The Flave. Avere un ristorante di qualità direttamente all'interno dell'hotel è un grande vantaggio, soprattutto dopo una lunga giornata fuori. La colazione era abbondante e ben organizzata, con un'ampia varietà di opzioni. Un consiglio speciale: non perdetevi la tradizionale treccia di pasta sfoglia ("treccia") – assolutamente da provare. La zona piscina era pulita e rilassante, perfetta per distendersi, e la camera era confortevole, ben tenuta e adatta a un soggiorno in famiglia. Nel complesso, un'esperienza molto piacevole: sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel per una futura visita a Monaco.

La mia stanza aveva la luce del bagno che non si poteva spegnere perchè l'interruttore era rotto. Siccome le porte del bagno sono in vetro trasparente non potevo dormire con la luce in camera e ho dovuto rifare i bagagli e cambiare stanza alle 23.30 di sera. Il mio consiglio di fare verificare le luci mentre si fanno i lavori di pulizia nelle camere in modo da evitare questi spiacevoli inconventienti. Per il resto l'hotel è molto bello e confortevole.
