Stanze molto belle, magari qualche presa corrente in più ai lati del letto sarebbe comodo. I cuscini sono un po' strani e averne una varietà maggiore in modo da scegliere migliorerebbe l'esperienza. Quello che trovo assurdo è che un membro dello staff sia entrato in stanza mentre riposavamo nel pomeriggio per chiedere se volessimo qualcosa dal bar, questa cosa spero non succeda mai più. La colazione è molto buona e varia, anche se tanto caotica. La pulizia nelle stanze potrebbe migliorare!

In generale il soggiorno era più che sufficiente. La pulizia ottima. Il servizio al banco molto sbrigativo, abbiamo segnalato che la ventola in bagno non funzionava e non è stato fatto nulla per risolvere quindi non riuscivamo ad arieggiare la stanza. Solo una bottiglia d'acqua da 0,5 per tutto il soggiorno! Nonostante sia dichiarato tra i servizi e pur richiedendolo, all'inizio ci hanno detto una al giorno, al secondo giorno dato che housekeeping non l'ha lasciata ci hanno detto che era una a soggiorno. La dimensione del letto dichiarata era 160x200 ma in realtà il letto era più piccolo.
