I am very pleased that you rated us highly in almost all categories and are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us and the location and the cleanliness in particular. Regarding the room, please note that family rooms are the same size as standard rooms. For more space, we offer the option of a second room with a connecting door or our larger executive family rooms – we have the right offer for every need. It is of great importance to us that you were satisfied with our services. The high ratings on the staff made us very happy and after I gladly passed on the results to my team, I would like to say a sincere “thank you” on their behalf. Ottima struttura vicino alla metropolitana e a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Personale attento e disponibile. Colazione ricca e di buona qualità. Unica nota non proprio positiva abbiamo trovato il letto non molto comodo e anche la scelta dei piumoni separati non ci ha convinto cosi come i cuscini ma ovviamente sono gusti personali.

Posizione non comodissima rispetto al centro, cuscini scomodi, bagno senza appoggi, acqua della piscina fredda, ambienti freddi in generale, comprese le camere. Colazione e parcheggio costosissimi.

Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problems and prevent future occurrence. With regard to the pool, please allow me to point out that it is designed in size and shape as an active pool or sports pool in which children and adults can be active. The water temperature is set for this purpose. I would like to ask you for understanding. Regarding the fees for our parking garage, I would like to let you know that they reflect the average cost for parking spots here in Munich, a city that can get costly at times. Again, I hope you understand. We appreciate your sharing of your experiences, so that we can improve the quality of our service. Buona la posizione dell hotel ma stanza troppo piccola e soprattutto mal organizzata senza armadi o possibilità di mettere la roba per 4 persone Il personale non sempre cortese
