Il Novotel Muenchen Hochstrasse 11 è innanzitutto ben posizionato. Con 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono le ISARTOR che segna l'inizio del centro città con le vie dello Shopping. Le camere sono spaziose ed eleganti. La colazione è ricca, abbondante e soddisfacente. L'unico piccolo disguido è che la pulizia della camera va prenotata alla reception, cioè non è automatica. Il secondo giorno la camera è stata riordinata. In ogni caso se dovessimo tornare a Monaco, sceglieremo certamente il Novotel: l'esperienza è stata più che buona. Leo (Foggia, Italy)

Ottimo albergo con ottima posizione. Metropolitana vicina a solo due fermate da Marienplatz. Ottima colazione con prodotti vari e di qualità. Stanza spaziosa e pulita e perfettamente insonorizzata. L'unico problema della nostra stanza è che c'erano due pannelli satinati che oscuravano poco. Parcheggio comodo proprio sotto l'albergo. Però un po' costoso. Secondo me si dovrebbe abbassare un po' il costo giornaliero.

Hotel ben posizionato e molto pulito. Ho gradito molto l’area fitness, piscina e sauna. Bisogna specificare quando le camere sono comunicanti. Avrei preso 2 camere da 2 invece che 1 da 4 ( 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi). Ottimo il parcheggio anche se un po costoso. Non ho usufruito della colazione perchè € 28 a persona compreso i bambini mi sembra un po troppo costoso. Per il resto ci tornerei.

Ottima la posizione, non molto lontano dal centro e comunque piacevole passeggiata. Metropolitana molto vicina (basta accedere dal supermercato all'incrocio con la strada principale). Hotel ottimo per le famiglie, pulito e ottima la piscina all'interno, apprezzata anche l'aria bambini nella Hall.

E' stata una ottima esperienza, l'albergo è molto confortevole, a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro ma la passeggiata è molto piacevole, superlativa la colazione, unica piccola nota stonata la piscina che è molto piccola e fino alle 20 è presa d'assalto dai bambini ma d'altro canto non si va a Monaco centro per usufruire della piscina.

Ottimo hotel, come tutti i Novotel. Camere pulite, posizione comoda. L’unico appunto che si può fare è che le quadruple sono veramente troppo piccole, senza un vero armadio ed una casaettiera.

Esperienza soddisfacente, nella media direi! Molti aspetti da migliorare, piscina, sapone in camera da cambiare, towels macchiati, unica meraviglioso applauso va alla receptionist Aileen che mi ha aiutato davvero molto a risolvere un problema con alcune problematiche per la visita all'Allianz Stadium!!

Il WiFi funzionava male, la stanza è stata pulita anche quando c'era il cartellino "skip the clean", la piscina al Chiuso non era arieggiata bene e non c'era nessun tipo D. controllo per far rispettare le regole agli ospiti, inoltre al check in ci è stato detto per la prima volta che avremmo dovuto lasciare un deposito D. 50 euro per notte, la cosa andava segnalata in fase D. prenotazione ma così non è stato. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile

According to my research, you took part in our ‘Go Green/Skip the Clean’ programme and you were credited with ALL points on 23, 24, 26, 27, 29 and 31 July for failure to clean. I feel very bad for the inconveniences you had to deal with - and at the same time I do appreciate your feedback, which is an important component toward long lasting and continuously improving quality services. As regards the payment of a deposit, I would ask for your understanding, as this is standard practice in the business hotel sector. I am very sorry to hear about the problems with the Wi-Fi. I definitely do appreciate the fact that you took the time to review your stay at Novotel München City. Now I would like to ask you to give us another chance. L’hotel si trova in una buona posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Colazione ottima, molto varia. Comoda anche la piscina coperta con zona relax, purtroppo a volte clienti maleducati si tuffavano nonostante il divieto…ma questo non dipende dall’hotel. Camera abbastanza grande per quattro persone, letti comodi ma cuscini un pò molli. La nostra stanza era molto tranquilla. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene, staff gentile e professionale, c’è anche un piccolo corner dove un membro dello staff è in supporto ai clienti per fornire informazioni e aiuto nelle prenotazioni delle attrazioni.
