Il personale non è all'altezza di una struttura così importante. In un hotel di lusso i clienti vanno coccolati. La colazione è buona ma non buonissima. Sempre le stesse cose. La posizione è buona. Le camere spaziose e molto belle. Il costo del minibar è esagerato.

Le attese alla reception sono molto lunghe. Alle 19 la nostra camera era ancora da pulire e riordinare e abbiamo dovuto segnalare l’accaduto in reception affinché qualcuno venisse ad occuparsene. Un vetro mobile divide il letto dal bagno(cieco), con la possibilità che gli odori del bagno arrivino fino al luogo dove si dorme a discapito di ogni privacy

Hotel molto curato, con ampio spazio comuni e personale disponibile. Ascensori rapidi, camera spaziosa e ben insonorizzata, bagno con doccia super e vasca. La Spa ha una piscina particolare nella forma e spazi, sauna e bagno turco più che buoni. Colazione super, tanta varietà e prodotti di qualità. Ho provato il bar e i cocktails sono eccezionali.
