Not even the coporate support has a good customer experience

Terrible Breakfast Experience – False Advertising & No Resolution from Management My recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing due to the unacceptable breakfast service and the person in charge of the hotel at the moment. Despite paying for it, the hotel failed to deliver what was promised. Multiple items were unavailable—even though staff had confirmed their availability. Additionally, while hot dishes may not always be offered, they were listed in the description provided to us. The service was equally poor: staff began clearing breakfast at 10:00 AM (30 minutes before the official end time of 10:30 AM) and even started putting chairs up on tables next to us, making us feel unwelcome. When I raised the issue with the on-duty manager, I was dismissed without a proper solution. Even worse, I contacted the corporate office for assistance—both by phone and email—and received no help whatsoever. They offered loyalty points as payback (not understanding that after my first and probably last experience with Accor Hotels I will not use those points or pay for any other service in the brand) Extremely dissatisfied with both the hotel and corporate’s lack of accountability.

Convenient stopover location for the A63 if you're heading down into Spain

Convenient location for the A63, basic but very clean accommodation, easy parking. We were only staying one night, en route to Malaga from England. We have stayed here several times now and we keep coming back, so we must like the place :-) On check-in, the guy on the reception could not have been more helpful, recommending car parks and restaurants in Bayonne centre. A very pleasant experience overall. We did not have the breakfast, as we were leaving very early in the morning, so can't comment on that.

Very good for a stop over which was perfect for what we needed .In fact we stayed one night on our way to Geneva and then another night on our way home .Good value and very pleasant and helpful staff.Restaurant right next door so we ate there and not have to search any further

After a long day of travelling, we were glad to get checked in to the hotel. First impressions were that it was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but you get what you pay for and if you want something a little more luxurious, there are other Ibis hotels closer to the centre of Bayonne. This was a good 10-15 minute walk from town but the hotel reception staff were happy to book us taxis as we had people in our group who have difficulty walking. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on that but we did have a nice evening meal in the restaurant. The hotel was quiet, not much noise disturbance which is always good. Our rooms weren’t cleaned and beds not made/towels not changed during our 3 night stay but that wasn’t a big problem for us. Would I stay here again? Yes I would, although if I could afford a little extra I would stay closer to the centre of Bayonne. I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget.

Very well situated bear the autoroute, ample parking space ( albeit used as a toilet by travelers and therefore not clean at all), pet friendly and renovated chain motel. Prices are good, breakfast is adequate and next door chain restaurant offers a 15% discount for hotel guests. All in all a very comfy and reasonable stop in a road journey. Recommended
