Very very poor. Paid for a breakfast. They took the money from us as they where packing food away. Room was awful. Cramped. No toilet paper in the room. Room spellt funny. One to avoid. Won't be coming back

No A/C for you

AlexDXX Solo travel - Ulasan TripAdvisor tersertifikasi

Hotel manager is obviously trying to save some buck, by keeping compressor for A/C switched off (there is a control panel for A/C in the room, but it didn't work, and to my request to turn on air conditioning, I've got an answer: "it's not hot outside, just open the window"), so you would have to sleep with an open window, enjoy listening noise of passing trucks and buses, and listening for conversations of people smoking downstairs. Then the catering personnel. They start with room cleaning at 08:30 on Saturday, and would knock on your door multiple times, before eventually opening it and stepping into the room (there were no "DND sign", so I've just "locked" the door for DND, as indicated on door handle). The checkout time is 12:00 at this hotel. Communication with hotel staff felt somewhat robotic, they would answer your questions, but would not say an extra word. The room itself was ok, basic but clean. Somewhat few power outlets, as mentioned above. To summarise, permanently switched off A/C and annoying catering personnel have spoiled the impression of this hotel.

I stayed here last minute when my flight had been redirected to Munich airport unexpectedly. Booking last minute over the phone was very easy and they were very helpful. The hotel is a 20 minute or so cab from the airport, costing me around EUR 35. The hotel itself is comfy enough although the rooms had a lack of power points anywhere near the bed which made setting alarms/ accessing my phone difficult when it also needed charged. The bed was comfy, and room clean with the bathroom being "wetroom" style. The hotel staff were very friendly although weren't able to provide a travel adapter (something which I would have thought be fairly standard for hotels near an airport). I had dinner here too which was okay. I had a vegetable gnocchi and although the portion was huge, the veg was undercooked and almost raw. Sauce was lovely though. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic. Great selection of meats, cheeses, cereal, fruit, coffee, juice; you name it! Laid out buffet style from very early so ideal for anyone! Overall, this place is great for a night of travelling or business but not great for much more than that.

No refund after 1 month. Proof given of double payment. Hotel prefer to delay and contact their card processor and not refund. This is basic stuff to charge once only and refund if twice? Have to fill 200 characters .,. Restaurant was nice .,, manager will make quick denial of payment problem .
