Its very good place to stay in location i like its little far from town but it doesn't matter, the room is fantastic and the balcony this was my fourth time and more coming

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Brand

We stayed as a couple for 3 nights. We chose this hotel despite its far-away location because we trusted the Pullman brand and expected comfort after long days at the Beer Fest. Sadly, it was very disappointing. 1. Our room was on the 5th floor, but there was no direct lift—had to go to the 4th, walk through a gallery, and then take another lift to the 5th. Extremely inconvenient with luggage. 2. For a king-size bed, they gave two separate single quilts. Very odd for a hotel of this level. 3. No drinking water in the room. We had to go all the way to the ground floor to fill a bottle and carry it back (again with the lift hassle). 4. No daily room cleaning. They said it was for environmental reasons, but the only way to request was via a QR code email. Even after emailing, our room was never cleaned. We booked Pullman expecting comfort and reliability, but the stay was frustrating and far below expectations. Would recommend to stay away from it.

German efficiency ???

We are travelling all over Germany for a month. We started our Holiday at this hotel. The rooms are very cozy and neat. Unfortunately, the double beds are supplied with two single duvets. When we requested a duvet for a double bed we were told by a person named Rene that they simply do NOT have a double duvet and that there was nothing more he could do. He introduced himself as the assistant manager and refused to tell me his name. He was totally unhelpful, disrespectful and slammed the phone down on me. Prior to him slamming the phone down on me, I asked for his name as I wanted to report him to management and he refused to supply his name nor the contact details of his senior management. Luckily I found out his name and needed for people to know that if a hotel like this is represented by such an individual, it speaks volumes about the hotel and the service one would expect from them. My perseverance eventually got me to meet a wonderful and incredible lady named Rayna who is the housekeeping manager. She made a plan and was incredibly helpful, courteous and a credit to the Pullman Hotel.

This was our second time at this hotel. Once again, the experience was good. We checked in with Julia at reception, who was very friendly. Our room was clean and well-equipped. Every time we requested something at reception, we were promptly assisted. Check-out was very smooth. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. There are no restaurants or bars nearby, making it a bit monotonous. It's a fifteen-minute walk to the center and a three-minute walk to the U3 and U6 stations. Next door is a small café and supermarket. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel this time. The parking garage is spacious and reasonably priced. The Pulman Hotel in Munich is worth a stay.

Very Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Hotel !!

0.. The housekeeping service was terrible – rooms were not cleaned properly and requests for fresh towels or basic cleaning were ignored. Calling the reception was useless, as no one ever answered the phone. The staff overall was extremely unprofessional and poorly coordinated. On top of that, several members of the staff were downright rude and unhelpful when approached for assistance. It felt like no one cared about the guests or their experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even a basic level of service.
