Mala gestión de check in. Tenía un bono pagado por agencia (como un compañero mío) pero me cobraron también de mi tarjeta (795 € por una noche). Me dijeron que iban a hablar con la agencia y me lo devolverían en la tarjeta. 3 días después siguen sin devolverme el dinero

Hemos sido atendidos con mucha amabilidad y profesionalidad, el concierge en recepción fue muy amable y nos consiguió una mejor habitación con vistas laterales, el desayuno bufet abundante y variado, hotel muy familiar. Requiere de varios transbordos de transportes (metro, DLR...) para llegar al centro de Londres, pero calidad/precio adecuado. Habitación limpia y confortable.

We do, however, appreciate your feedback regarding the towels and Wi-Fi connection.
