Buen servicio del personal de recepcion, restaurant. La habitacion no estaba aspurada, encontre papeles de chocolates en el piso y nunca lo recogieron los dias que estuve ahi.

Thanks for your time to review us. I am glad you enjoyed the team and were looked after throughout your stay but saddened to read the cleanliness was not up to the standard. This is definitely not normal and please rest assured all feedback is taken seriously and i will personally investigate the concerning thoughts you've share in order to rectify and prevent from happening in the future. Limpio, cómodo, habitación con todas las amenidades necesarias. Buena ubicación al lado de ExCel y cercano a la estación de subway Custom House. El personal podría ser más amable.

Zona tranquila, alejada del centro, pero frente a Excel, muy conveniente, poca oferta Retail o restaurantes cerca

Nos hospedamos 2 familias. El recepcionista SHARIQ muy amable y rápido en el check in. Obsequio de bienvenida de bebida para el grupo, nos atendió ANIKA, también muy amable. El bar nos gustó mucho. Muy cerca del hotel está el O2, otra faceta de Londres que nos sorprendió muchísimo
